Golden Tablet Award 2023

On Sunday, February 5, in the splendid setting of Pitti Taste, the Florentine show dedicated to Italian excellence in taste, we had the honor of being awarded the prestigious Tavoletta d’oro prize by the Compagnia del Cioccolato. Protagonist was our Cremino al Latte with Whole Hazelnuts, selected as one of the 6 best cremini in Italy among 1200 chocolates tasted. As stated in the Compagnia del Cioccolato Press Release, “The Tavolette d’Oro, true Oscars of chocolate, represent the most authoritative awards to quality chocolate in Italy.” […] “The association has been active for more than 25 years, boasting more than 1,000 members with a composition ranging from lovers of the ‘food of the gods’ to professional tasters, industry journalists, food experts in various capacities and refined gourmets. The Society, always attentive to issues related to quality chocolate, wants with these Awards, to provide a comprehensive analysis of the chocolates on sale in Italy and guidance for its members and all consumers.” […] “all the finalists who win a Chocolate of Excellence represent the high quality segment of Italian chocolate and the Award in its complexity wants to be a real snapshot of it. As stated by Gilberto Mora, President of Compagnia del Cioccolato, “the Tavoletta d’Oro Award for more than twenty years has wanted to research, taste and point out to chocolate consumers the products that most reflect an intrinsic quality, a controlled supply chain of the best raw materials and the great chocolate art of Italian producers.
