Over its 25 years, Stringhetto has become a center of excellence in the artisanal production of fruit and chocolate products.
A production born almost by accident from the experiments of a 17-year-old boy, Stefano Stringhetto.
Born and raised in the atmosphere of the family store where he learned to get his hands dirty as a child, Stefano immediately showed great curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit.
And so, thanks also, and above all to the granitic presence and very important support of his parents, it was from that backroom that was slowly transformed into a small workshop that the first recipes for a different jam and the first attempts to make the recipe for the most delicious cremino were born.
Over the years, the production space gets tighter and tighter as Stephen dreams big.
The opportunity to build a real sweet factory comes in March 2022.
At last, big dreams are matched by big spaces where growth can be imagined and pursued.
Today Stringhetto is located in a 3,000-square-meter indoor space where beauty, technology along with a team of passionate employees make up the perfect ingredients for one-of-a-kind and damn good products.

All the products illustrated on this site are the result of passionate study and continuous creative research.
A study, which began in solitude and which over the years with the help of valuable collaborators has made it possible to set up a well-established and organized production whose excellence has been recognized nationwide.
We know the raw material inside out, to such an extent in some cases that we follow it from the very beginning.
Our compotes of Figs, Blackberries, Pumpkins and Chilies deserve special mention, which we literally follow from the plants on our farm to the finished product.
