We present our third recipe.
This is another very classic and easy-to-make cake.
This time the extra touch is provided by our All-Fruit Apple and Cinnamon!
Ingredients
450 g flour 190 g sugar 1 egg 150 g butter 125 g yogurt vanilla zest of 1 orange 1 pinch of salt 1 packet of baking powder 3/4 apples 25 g butter 1 jar of Tuttafrutta of Apples and Cinnamon
Proceedings
Mix the flour with 80 g of sugar and form a fountain.
Pour the egg, chopped butter, yogurt, orange zest, salt and baking powder into the center of the fountain.
Knead everything by hand until the dough is smooth and firm.
Divide the dough ball in half and roll out the first half into a thin sheet in a buttered and floured 26×26 cm cake pan.
At this point peel and slice the apples.
And remember to turn on the oven to 180°.
Spread a jar of Tuttafrutta Apple and Cinnamon on the cake base (leaving a few tablespoons aside for decoration), and the previously thinly sliced apples.
Then spread the remaining sugar (110 g) over the apples, adding a few small knobs of butter.
Cover the layer of apples with the other half of the pastry sheet after spreading it well and sealing the cake well.
To finish, distribute the last apple slices in a circle and a few spoonfuls of compote in the center of the cake.
Time to bake: for 30 minutes at 180°.
Once the cake has been turned out of the oven, sprinkle with a little powdered sugar and … Enjoy!
