This chestnut cream is a must have for the preparation of your autumn cakes.

For a quick but effective dessert, do this: in a cup put a spoonful of chestnut cream, a spoon of whipped cream on top and finally a sprinkle of bitter cocoa or a dark chocolate fondue.
