Fig and Ginger
The sweetness of figs is slightly damped by the tingle of ginger. An intriguing combination that makes this jam great to be served with medium-mature cheeses, such as pecorino cheese.

Weight of figs used: 180 g per 100 g of finished product
Preservation: Store in a cool and dry place. Shelf life 36 months.
Once opened, keep the pot in the refrigerator and consume within 30-40 days.
